DSA Compliance (EU Regulation 2022/2065)
In accordance with articles 11, 12 and 13 of the Digital Services Act (DSA), AIMJF establishes transparency and moderation procedures applied to digital contents hosted on the platform (such as academic papers, comments and contributions from members).
1. Single Point of Contact for Supervisory Authorities and Users
For the sending of formal communications relating to potentially illegal content, violations of intellectual property rights or violations of fundamental rights, the Authorities of the Member States of the EU and users can refer to our dedicated digital contact point:
- DSA Email: [email protected]
- Official Languages: French, English, Spanish.
2. Reporting and Removal Mechanism (Notice & Action)
Anyone who finds the presence of non-compliant or illegal materials on the site can transmit a motivated report to the address indicated above, inserting the precise URL of the content and a description of the facts. AIMJF will promptly examine the request and, if a violation of its terms of service or European legislation is found, will proceed with the moderation, obscuring or definitive removal of the computer file, notifying the action to the author of the upload.
