The International Association of Youth and Family Magistrates (AIMJF) is an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) with consultative status in the Council of Europe and associated with the Department of Public Information. It was founded in 1928, and in 1963, and registered in Brussels, Belgium. The deployment of its global efforts is not only concerned with establishing links between judges from different countries, but also with other international associations that work in the field of child and family protection. It promotes international research in relation to problems with the functioning of the courts and various laws related to youth and the family. Represents worldwide efforts to act in relation to the protection of children and adolescents and juvenile crime.
